Life crises are essential life conditions and are a large part of being human. Experiencing grief, crisis, loss and trauma is a large part of life, but when we are stuck in the situation it is important to seek help if your close relationships do not help you sufficiently.
When you are exposed to a sudden life crisis or event that is outside of what you expect, you can be traumatized.
A state of crisis is when the anxiety hits you overwhelmingly hard that it affects your state of mind so that you feel confused, out of yourself and think that everyday life is difficult and unmanageable.
